TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It has been a pleasure to have Stephanie Wyatt teach at Braly Elementary School for the past three years. I have had the opportunity to observe her in her first grade and first-second grade combination class assignments.
Even as a new teacher, Stephanie carefully set up procedures with her class at the beginning of the year. She has continued to demonstrate outstanding organizational skills in all aspects of instruction and classroom management. She has pursued our school improvement efforts, particularly in the area of literature-based writing workshop, with enthusiasm, dedication and regular professional collaboration. She has shared her love of children's literature with her students and has helped them use the works of published authors as mentors for their own writing. Her strong interpersonal skills have helped her build fine rapport with her students and their parents, as well as with colleagues. She has served on our school organizational committee, on School Site Council, as grade level leader, and has organized school community literacy events.
Her leaving will be a loss to Braly, but she brings much to support her success toward any new goals she sets for herself.
